Bulgaria - A country rich of culture, history and nature.

Bulgaria amazed us with plenty of untouched nature and also a good infrastructure to explore it. There where quite some hiking trails and it wasn't to hard to find decent hikes. Bulgaria is home to three national parks: The Central Balkan National Park, the Pirin National Park and the Rila National Park. The last two national parks both reach altitudes of over 2900m and hence, in our visit in the end of may, still some hikes where tricky due to snow conditions.
